To the extent that esprit-ai collects personal information, it will collect only that personal information reasonably necessary to monitor movement in the home to provide reports of abnormalities to a circle of care so seniors can live longer, healthier, and safer in their homes. esprit-ai may collect some or all of the following types of personal information: name, address, and cellular telephone number of resident and their circle of care. In addition the application collects movement, temperature, lighting, and sound data from Internet of Things (IOT) sensors placed in the home.

esprit-ai will not use or disclose of personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected as specified above, except with the consent of the customer directly.
